چکیده
In this article, motivated by the study of symplectic structures on manifolds with boundary and systematic b $b$ -symplectic started in Guillemin, Miranda, Pires Adv. Math. 264 (2014), 864–896, we prove a slice theorem for Lie group actions manifolds.

A symplectic slice theorem
We provide a model for an open invariant neighborhood of any orbit in a symplectic manifold endowed with a canonical proper symmetry. Our results generalize the constructions of Marle [Mar84, Mar85] and Guillemin and Sternberg [GS84] for canonical symmetries that have an associated momentum map. In these papers the momentum map played a crucial role in the construction of the tubular model. The...
متن کاملA cotangent bundle slice theorem
This article concerns cotangent-lifted Lie group actions; our goal is to find local and “semi-global” normal forms for these and associated structures. Our main result is a constructive cotangent bundle slice theorem that extends the Hamiltonian slice theorem of Marle [C.-M. Marle, Modèle d’action hamiltonienne d’un groupe de Lie sur une variété symplectique, Rendiconti del Seminario Matematico...
متن کاملThe Runge Theorem for Slice Hyperholomorphic Functions
In this paper we introduce and study rational slice monogenic functions. After proving a decomposition theorem for such functions, we are able to prove the Runge approximation theorem for slice monogenic functions. We then show how a similar argument can be used to obtain an analogue of the Runge approximation theorem in the slice regular setting.
متن کاملRendering using the Fourier Projection - Slice Theorem
The Fourier projection-slice theorem states that the inverse transform of a slice extracted from the frequency domain representation of a volume yields a projection of the volume in a direction perpendicular to the slice. This theorem allows the generation of attenuation-only renderings of volume data in 0 (N2 log N) time for a volume of size N 3 • In this paper, we show how more realistic rend...
متن کاملA Slice Theorem for Quivers with an Involution
We study the Luna slice theorem in the case of quivers with an involution or supermixed quivers as introduced by Zubkov in [6]. We construct an analogue to the notion of a local quiver setting described in [3]. We use this technique to determine dimension vectors of simple supermixed representations.
